经尿道前列腺电切除术的临床麻醉观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:对比分析两种经尿道前列腺电切除术的临床麻醉效果。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组,腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉组(CSEA)与硬膜外麻醉组(CEA),然后进行手术中的麻醉。结果:CSEA组麻醉疗效优于CEA组,并且CSEA组的麻醉起效时间和阻滞时间及患者生命体征等各项指标均优于CEA组(P<0.05)。结论:CSEA是更适应于经尿道前列腺电切除术中的安全麻醉方法。
