中国、美国大学高水平运动员培养的比较

Comparative Study of Cultivating Elite Athletes in Chinese and American Universities

运用实地调查访谈、文献资料分析比较等方法，对美国、中国两国大学高水平运动员的招生遴选制度、训练培养形式、运动员管理体制等方面的现状和特点进行了比较研究，对于学习、借鉴美国成功经验，改革完善我国高校培养高水平运动员工作提供参考。

Based upon the on the spot investigations and interviews as well as the analysis of relevant litera ture, a comparative study has been made of the present situation and characteristics of admissions and selection systems,training and cultivation models as well as management systems for elite athletes in Chinese and American universities. To study and to draw lessons from the American successful experiences will provide reference for reforming and promoting the cultivation of elite athletes in Chinese universities and colleges.
