Citizen sports rights were analyzed from being gradually put forward, increasingly made clear and brought into the historical course of the practice of the legal system. It was considered that citizen sports rights are the necessary products of the modern society and modern legal system development. An inquiry was made into the era connotation of affirming and ensuring citizen sports rights, which have enriched the content of the human right system, complied with the development trend of the society, corresponded to the market economy and reflected the demands of the modern legal system.
