蒙药那如-3抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

Analgesic and Anti-inflammation Effect of Naru-3 of Mongolian Medicine

目的:研究蒙药那如-3的镇痛、抗炎作用。方法:采用热板刺激、冰醋酸刺激小鼠扭体、小鼠耳肿胀、大鼠棉球致肉芽肿及角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀等方法研究蒙药那如-3的镇痛及抗炎作用。结果:蒙药那如-3能明显抑制大鼠足跖肿胀度(P<0.05),明显抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀(P<0.01),抑制棉球埋藏引起的慢性肉芽肿(P<0.01);延长小鼠疼痛反应时间(P<0.05),减少小鼠扭体次数(P<0.01)。结论:蒙药那如-3具有显著的镇痛、抗炎作用。

Objective ：To observe the analgesic action and anti -inflammation effect of Naru- 3 of mongolian medicine. Methods： The analgesic action and anti - inflammation effect of Naru - 3 of mongolian medicine were observed by mouse hot - plate test, mouse acetic -acid -in -duced twisting test, mouse pinna swelling induced by xylene, rat proliferation of granuloma led by im- planting cotton pellet was selected, and rat pedal swelling test induced by earragecnin. Results ： Naru - 3 of mongolian medicine reduced the pedal swelling of rats （P 〈 0.05 ）, obviously inhibited the swelling of mouse pinna induced by xylene （P 〈 0.01 ）, significantly depressed the increase of proliferation of granuloma led by implanting cotton pellet （ P 〈 0.01 ）, creased pain threshold in mice （ P 〈 0.05 ）, inhibited twisting response of mice obviously（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Naru - 3 of mongolian medicine has certain analgesic action and anti -inflammation effect.
