Preliminary Experiment on chemical Components of Callicarpa giraldii

目的:通过预试验初步了解老鸦糊的化学成分。方法:采用化学成分系统预试验方法对老鸦糊的根、茎、叶的水提取液,乙醇提取液以及石油醚提取液进行化学成分预实验鉴定。结果:通过系统预试验,初步判断老鸦糊的根、茎、叶所合的化学成分基本相同,其中可能含有酚类、鞣质、有机酸及糖类。结论:本研究初次确定老鸦糊的化学成分,为进一步研究提供科学依据。

Objective ： To understanding chemical components of callicarpa giraldii by pre - experiment . Methods ： Chemical components of callicarpa giraldii in cluding its root, stem and leaves are qualitative - determined acording systemic pre - experiment method. Results ： Chemical components of caliicarpa giraldii in root, stem and leaves are basically same and may contains phenols, tannins,organic acids and carbohydrate, Conclusion：This experiment preliminarily detemined the chemical components of callicapa giraldii and providing information for further study in callicapa giraldii.
