摘要
提出一种利用加速寿命试验对环保型电子节能灯进行寿命检测的新方法。该方法采用威布尔分布函数描述其寿命分布,利用最小二乘法结合阿伦尼斯加速模型完成了对试验数据的统计和分析。试验和分析结果表明,该方法能极大缩短寿命检测时间,实现了在短时间内对正常应力下环保型电子节能灯寿命的科学估计。
A new method for the life testing of environmental protection electronic energy-saved light is proposed with accelerated lifetime testing. The method describes the life distribution by Weibull distribution function,analyses test date by using the least square method and the Arrhenius Equation. The result shows that this method can decrease the time of life testing, make it sure to estimate accurately the life of environmental protection electronic energy-saved light at the normal working stress in a short time by this method.
