杞菊合剂对大鼠左心室肥厚的影响

Effect of Qiju Mixture on Left Ventricular Hypertrophy of Rats

目的:观察杞菊合剂对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)左心室肥厚的影响。方法:6周龄雄性SHR16只,随机分成杞菊合剂组、模型组,各8只;另取SD大鼠8只为对照组。杞菊合剂组给予杞菊合剂34.3mg(kg/d)(相当于成人临床剂量的20倍),模型组和对照组均给予相同容积的蒸馏水灌胃,观察大鼠一般情况,测量血压,绘制血压波动曲线;于第12周末次灌药后脱臼处死大鼠,开胸取心脏,检测心肌胶原含量,光镜观察心肌微细结构。结果:杞菊合剂能明显降低SHR大鼠血压,减轻左心室重量,减少心肌胶原含量,与模型组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:杞菊合剂能防治心肌肥厚,其作用机制可能与降低血压,减少心肌胶原含量有关。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Qiju mixture on left ventricular hypertrophy of rats and the underlying mechanism. Methods：Sixteen spontaneous hypertension rats （6 weeks ） were randomly divided into Qiju mixture group and model group,8 in each. Another 8 SD rats were served as control. Qiju mixture was given 34.3 mg kg^-1 d^-1 （20 times of the elinical dose for adults ） with intragastrie administration, while same volume of saline was given to the model and control groups. The rats were observed and blood pressure was measured. All rats were sacrificed at the 12th week after final administration to weigh the hearts,detect cardiac collagen content, and observe the mlcrostructure of myocardium. Results：The heart weight and blood pressure in the Qiju mixture group was significantly decreased as compared to that of the model group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Qiju mixture can treat cardiac hypertrophy by reducing blood pressure and cardiac collagen content.
