以预变换炉为例,介绍了铬钼钢制压力容器结构及材料的选择,材料采购性能指标的控制,制造过程中零部件加工、焊接、热处理及耐压试验等关键工艺。
Take a pre converter which was fabricated for some company as an example. The choice of construction and material of Cr - Mo steel pressure vessel, the control of material property during purchasing, the machining of parts, welding, heat treatment and hydrostatic test as key procedure during fabrication are introduced in this article.
