摘要
采用金相、扫描电镜方法对304L不锈钢换热管试运行期间的焊缝开裂进行了分析。宏观分析和微观分析表明管子与管板连接的焊缝断裂是疲劳破坏所致。流体诱导导致的管束共振是换热管短期失效的主要原因,胀接不合格、焊接缺陷加速了管束的疲劳失效。
The fatigue fracture of the heat exchanger tube weld of 304L stainless steel, which occurred during trial operation, was studied by means of microstructure and scanning electron microscope. Resonance of the tubes caused by the water in the shell is mainly responsible for the fatigue cracks. Weld defect and improper expansion of tube to tubesheet accelerated the fatigue failure of the tubes.
