The Constructing of Information Service and Guarantee System in the Context of Innovative Country (2)——Transformation of Information Service Based on Innovation Value Chain

创新型国家建设中,创新价值链的形成以及自主创新主体信息需求的变化,促使信息服务转型,并向社会化发展。从国家创新价值链的形成和创新价值链活动中创新主体信息需求的变革出发,分析自主创新价值导向下的信息服务转型要求,探讨基于创新价值链的信息服务的社会化发展问题,包括信息服务的体制改革、体系重构和战略实现。

In constructing innovative country, formation of the national innovation value chain as well as changes of knowledge information need of the independent innovation main body promote the transformation and socialization development of information service. First embarked from the national innovation value chain＇ s formation and change of information need based on the innovation value chain ; analyzed information service transformation requests under the independent innovation value guidance, and then discussed information service socialized development based on the innovation value chain, including reformation and reconstruction of information system as well as its strategy realization.
