摘要
界定公共服务管理平台和知识服务两个关键概念,指出平台的知识服务有助于满足公众的安全需求和自我实现需求。从马斯洛的人类需求层次理论出发,推导出公共服务管理平台知识服务的十大模块:质量监督、社会保障、医疗卫生、住房、食品、交通、教育、法律与金融、就业与创业和数字图书馆,阐述各模块的知识服务内容、提供者和服务成功的关键。
The paper pointed out that the platform knowledge services are helpful to meet the public safety needs and self-actualization needs. On the basis of defining two key concepts the public service management platform and knowledge services, ten blocks of public service management platform knowledge services were derived from Maslow's hierarchy of human needs theory, which were quality supervision, social security, medical, Housing, food, traffic, education, law and financial, employment and pioneering, digital Library, and then detailedly elaborated the content, providers and key factors of each knowledge service blocks.
