The value of knowledge can be only reflected by exchanging. Human network carries human resource and is the platform for human communion. The information come from human intelligence networks is the important knowledge to enterprises, and human intelligence networks can promote knowledge sharing and exchanging. This paper suggests 4 new models to show the influence factors of human intelligence networks on corporation knowledge management by requiring, organizing, taking advantage of corporation knowledge and KMS continuance for the intention of knowledge contribution and seeking.
