摘要
萧山国际大酒店位于浙江省萧山市,该工程功能要求多,设计复杂。本工程采用了大直径钢筋混凝土钻孔灌注桩,基坑采用了挡土挡水支护结构及降水措施,土方工程分三块开挖,地下室底板钢筋采用了套筒径向挤压接头,大体积混凝土施工中采取了一系列技术措施,保证了混凝土质量,在施工中基坑出现管涌现象,采取了相应措施保证了基坑安全。
Xiaoshan International Hotel engineering, located in Xiaoshan City of Zhejiang Province, has multiple functional requirements and complicated design. This engineering adopts large-diameter reinforced concrete bored piles and soil- and water-retaining support structure, and dewatering measures are adopted in the foundation pit. Earth work is excavated in three segments separately. Steel bars of basement bottom plate adopt sleeve radial press splicing and a series of technical measures are used during construction of massive concrete to guarantee the quantity of concrete. During the construction, piping phenomenon occurred in foundation pit during, and relevant measures are adopted to ensure safety of the foundation pit.
