Research Situation,Trend and Major Academic Views of Knowledge Service at Home and Abroad

摘要 20世纪90年代以来,为适应社会对知识共享与创新的需求而产生的知识服务逐渐成为国内外学术界和服务机构研究与实践的热点。采用定性描述与定量分析相结合的方法,分析国内外知识服务研究的现状与发展趋势,归纳有关知识服务研究的主要学术观点,为图书情报领域开展知识服务提供有价值的参考和启示。 For adapting to knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation, the theory of knowledge service tends to be favored by the community and now becomes the central concern in the academic circles and some service institutions since 1990s. This paper analyses the recent researches and developing trends of knowledge service, sums up the major related academic views via the method of qualita- tive description and quantitative analysis in order to provide valuable references and inspiration for developing the research on knowledge service in the field of library and information.
