摘要 北京电视中心工程是2008年北京奥运会重要配套项目。综合业务楼作为北京电视中心工程的主体工程,其区域内设置的演播室及录音室对建筑声学的要求非常高,因此施工中采取了一系列技术措施:地面采用浮筑减振楼板,围护墙采用页岩砖砌筑,隔声门采用特殊门轴的专利隔声门,吊顶采用隔声吊顶和吸声吊顶,空调设备设置消音器和静压箱,设备管线穿墙均采取有效措施以保证洞口封堵严密,防止漏声;室内装饰施工进行各种深化设计和节点完善,各种材料合理搭配,满足了吸声等要求。通过采用一系列新型的隔声材料和新工艺,做好材料间的界面处理,达到了预期的声学效果。 Beijing TV Center project is an important supporting project of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Studios and recording studios in the general business building, which is the main body of Beijing TV Center project, have very high acoustic requirements for the building. So a series of technical measures are adopted during construction, such as the floor is made of vibration-absorption floating floor slabs, enclosure wall is masoned with shale bricks, patent soundproof doors with special door pivot are adopted, sound-deafening suspended ceiling and sound-absorbing suspended ceiling are used, air-conditioning equipments are equipped with muffler and static pressure box, effect measures are used for equipment pipes passing through wall, to guarantee that openings are blocked tightly to prevent sound leakage; During construction of indoor decoration, various deepened design and node perfection conducted, and various materials are matched reasonably, to satisfy sound-absorption requirements. Expected acoustic effect is realized by adopting a series of new sounddeafening materials and technologies and processing the interface among materials.
