摘要 目的:探讨短期胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:将我院280例2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组患者采用常规多次胰岛素皮下注射,治疗组患者采用胰岛素泵持续皮下输注。结果:经过治疗,两组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖均有显著降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组血糖控制达标时胰岛素用量、到控制满意所需时间、低血糖反应发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用胰岛素泵强化胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病更符合生理,快速、安全、可靠、方便、灵活,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To discuss the effects of short -term insulin pump treatment of type 2 diabetes. Method Total 280 cases of type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was treated with conventional subcutaneous insulin injection for several times, and the treatment group was treated with continuous subeutaneous insulin infusion pump. Results After treatment, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h plasma glueose of the two groups were significantly decreased, the difference was significant compared with before treatment (P 〈 0. 05 ) ;Insulin dosage, time required,low blood glueose reaction rates in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Short - term insulin pump treatment of type 2 diabetes is more in line with physical, with the advantages of fast, safe, reliable, convenient, flexible, and worthy of be popularized.
