可调钠透析对透析低血压的影响

Effects of sodium dialysis on dialysis hypotension

目的:探讨可调钠透析对维持性血液透析患者透析相关低血压的影响。方法:选择34例血液透析患者,随机分别采用常规透析(CHD)、可调钠透析(PHD)两种模式,每组分别透析510例次,比较透析时出现低血压症状出现的例次数。结果:CHD和PHD出现低血压的发生率分别为(12.8±0.4)%、(5.3±0.2)%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:可调钠透析可有效降低维持性血液透析患者低血压的发生率,提高血液透析的耐受性。

Objective To explore the effects of sodium dialysis on maintenance hemodialysis patients with dialysis - related hypoten- sion. Method Total 34 cases of hemodialysis patients were randomized divided into two kinds of modes, the conventional dialysis （CHD） and sodium dialysis （ PHD）, each mode dialyzed 510 times, respectively. The cases of having hypotension symptoms were compared. Results The incidence of hypotension in CHD and PHD were （12. 8 ± 0. 4）% and （5.3 ± 0.2）% , respectively, the difference between the two groups was significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Sodium dialysis can effectively reduce the incidence of hypotension in the maintenance hemodialysis patients,and improve the hemoialysis tolerance,
