合浦县1998～2009年艾滋病病毒感染流行特征分析

Epidemiological analysis of HIV/AIDS cases between 1998 and 2009 in Hepu county

目的：探讨合浦县艾滋病（AIDS）感染的流行特征与相关因素，为制定病毒（HIV）／AIDS的防制措施提供科学依据。方法：用描述流行病学的方法对合浦县1998～2009年间报告的HIV／AIDS病例进行流行病学分析。结果：累计报告感染者192例，其中，AIDS患者57例，死亡10例；192例感染者中男性153例，女性39例，遍布合浦县各个乡镇，以农民、低文化者占大多数，异性传播为主要传播途径，占全部感染者的54．17％。结论：合浦县AIDS疫情已由高危人群向一般人群蔓延，并呈现快速增长趋势。而引起AIDS流行的危险因素依然存在。加强AIDS知识宣传教育工作，对高危人群行为进行有效的干预，是阻止AIDS传播的有效措施。

Objective To study epidemic characteristics of HIV/AIDS infections and its related determinants in Hepu county, and to provide scientific support for developing HIV/AIDS prevention, control and intervention policies. Method The descriptive epidemiology method was used to analyze HIV/AIDS data reported between 1998 and 2009. Results Among 192 cases of HIV infections,57 cases were AIDS patients, and 10 cases were died. In gender distribution, male cases numbered 153, and females 39. The data showed even geographical distribution. Farmers and less - educated people were the high - risk groups. Heterosexual HIV accounted for 54. 17%. Conclusion HIV/ AIDS propagation has progressed from high - risk groups to the general population, and has shown rapid growth. AIDS epidemic risk factors still exist. Providing AIDS prevention knowledge and health education to the public, as well as intervention in the dangerous behaviors of high - risk groups are crucial and practical solutions to the pandemic.
