鼻内窥镜下鼻窦炎、鼻息肉手术74例临床疗效观察

Effects of nasal endoscopic surgery for sinusitis and nasal polyp

目的：观察鼻内窥镜下鼻窦炎、鼻息肉手术的临床疗效。方法：术前常规行鼻内窥镜检查及鼻窦CT扫描，对74例鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者行鼻内窥镜手术，术后随访6个月～1年。结果：74例患者治愈49例，好转19例，无效6例，总有效率91．9％。结论：鼻内窥镜下鼻窦炎、鼻息肉手术具有良好的疗效，综合性治疗原则具有十分重要的意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic surgery for sinusitis and nasal polyps. Method Conventional preoperative nasal endoscopy and sinus CT scan were made, and 74 cases of sinusitis and nasal polyps were treated with nasal endoscopic surgery. The patients were followed up for 6 months to 1 year. Results Forty- nine of 74 patients were cured, 19 improved ,6 of null and void, and the total efficiency was 91.9%. Conclusion The treatment of sinusitis and nasal polyps under nasal endoscopic surgery has a good effect, and has a great significance in comprehensive treatment.
