专科护士培训模式的探讨与体会

Exploration of clinical nurse specialism training mode

目的:探讨专科护士培训模式,培养高素质专科护士,促进我院护理事业的发展。方法:设立专科护士培训管理机构,规范培训时间、科室、内容、方式,考核内容、方式方法以及资格认证等,总结我院近3年培训的实践经验。结果:通过系统专科培训,护士业务技能和护理质量得到显著提高,其中理论知识考核在培训前、后差异有统计学意义(t=-2.24,P=0.030),操作技能、发表护理论文数在培训前、后差异有显著统计学意义(t=-5.75,2χ=25.680,P=0.000),护理文书书写合格率、开展新技术新项目数、医生及患者满意度也有一定程度提高。结论:我院专科护士培训取得显著效果,护士业务素质、医生和患者满意度都得到提高。我院专科护士培训模式是培训专科护士的有效模式。

Objective To explore the training mode of clinical nurse specialism, improve the quality of nursing care through training high - quality clinical nurse specialism. Method A training administration team was set up to standardize training time, sections, contents, and means of training, the examination contents,ways and methods, as well as certification,etc. The practical experience of training of clinical nurse specialism in our hospital in the past three years was summarized. Results By systematic training of clinical nurse specialism, their business skills and the quality of nursing care services were significantly improved, and there was a statistically significant difference in the theoretical knowledge examination between pre - training and post - training （ t = - 2.24, P = 0. 030） ; there had statistically significant difference between pre - training and post - training in operational skills, and the number of papers which had been published in journals（ t = -5.75 ,X2 =25. 680,P =0. 000） ;and there is a certain degree of increase in the passing rate of the writing of nursing documents,the number of new projects and new technology that launched and the satisfactions of doctors and patients. Conclusion The training of clinical nurse specialism in our hospital achieves significant results, the professional qualities of nurses, doctors＇ and patients, satisfaction are all improved. The model of training clinical nurse specialism in our hospital is an effective mode.
