摘要
正向渗透是一项新型膜分离技术,在海水淡化领域具有良好的应用前景。介绍了正向渗透海水淡化工艺的原理和工艺特征,对其在海水淡化的最新研究进展进行了综述。正向渗透海水淡化的技术关键是选取适合的提取液和开发新型的正向渗透膜。采用NH3和CO2制备提取液是目前研究中具有应用前途的方式之一,具有很高的产水率且易于分离浓缩的特点。正向渗透膜不同于常规的反渗透膜,需要从膜结构和膜污染消减的角度开发适合于正向渗透膜分离工艺体系的膜组件。
Forward osmosis (FO) is a novel membrane separation technique which utilized osmotic pressure differential as the driving force. This paper introduced the mechanism and feature of forward osmosis process, and the application research on seawater desalination. The key points of feasible FO process were an appropriate draw solution and FO membrane. The process using an ammonium-bicarbonate draw solution was one of the most promising desalination process by FO, because of the high water flux and being easily separated. The FO membrane was not the case like RO process. Appropriate FO membrane should be developed by consideration of the membrane structure and the mechanism of membrane fouling.
