摘要
研究从厌氧驯化的活性污泥中筛选并鉴定的白假丝酵母Candida albicans PDY-07在厌氧条件下降解间甲酚的最佳温度、培养基的最佳pH及不同间甲酚浓度下的降解效果。最佳条件为35℃,摇床150 r.min-1密封振荡培养,培养基初始pH为7.0~7.3时,菌株最大耐受间甲酚质量浓度高达1 250 mg.L-1。同时考察了该菌株以间甲酚为唯一碳源及能源的细胞生长动力学和底物降解动力学。
Candida albicans PDY-07 was isolated from acclimated activated sludge, identified as a member belonging to the geneus Candida. Pure culture ofC. albicansPDY-07, biodegradation of m-cresol was carried out under anaerobic conditions in Erlenmeyer flasks at 35 ~C with an initial pH of 7.0-7.3. The results showed that under the above-mentioned conditions, C. albicans PDY-07 had a high tolerance potential up to 1 250 mg.L^-1 for m-cresol. The kinetics of cell growth and substrates biodegradation of PDY-07 was investigated over a wide range of substrate concentrations (20- 1 000 mg.L^-1), using the Haldane's equation and degradation models. The results recorded from these experiments showed that the kinetic models adequately described the dynamic behavior of m-cresol biodegradation by C. albicans PDY-07.
