摘要
采用粉末活性炭(PAC)-序批式间歇反应器(SBR)工艺对城市生活污水的处理进行了研究。结果表明P,AC投加量对TN、TP的去除以及污泥的沉降性能有显著的影响。最佳PAC投加量为400mg.L-1,出水COD、TN和TP去除率分别为94.90%、67.70%和96.55%,污泥容积指数(SVI)为45.2mL.g-1,均优于未投加PAC的SBR系统。分析了PAC优化SBR系统的机理。持续运行PAC-SBR工艺1个月,出水各项指标均优于GB18918-2002的一级B标准,工艺高效稳定。
Treatment of municipal sewage by PAC-SBR process was studied.Results showed that PAC dosage had obvious effect on removal efficiency of TN and TP and the sedimentation of activated sludge. With the optimal dosage of PAC, 400 mg·L^-1, removal efficiency of COD, TN and TP was 94.90%, 67.70% and 96.55% respectively, and SVI of activated sludge was 45.2 mL·g^-1, which were better than those of SBR process. Mechanism of enhancement in SBR process by PAC was presented. In one month continuous operation of PAC-SBR process, the effluent met Class B of primary discharged standard of city wastewater treatment plants. PAC-SBR process was steady and efficient.
