大白猪繁殖性状的相关及通径分析

Correlation and Path Analysis of Reproductive Traits in Large White sows

对大白母猪总产仔数,活产仔数,出生窝重,出生均重,断奶仔数,28日龄断奶均重,28日龄断奶窝重7个性状进行相关分析、偏相关分析和通径分析。结果表明各繁殖性状在表型值上都存在不同程度的相关。28日龄断奶仔数和28日龄断奶均重对28日龄断奶窝重影响最大,在此基础上建立估计28日龄断奶窝重的最优回归方程为:y^=-11.4892+2.4946X5+6.0171X6。

Large White sows reproductive traits （ the number of living newborn piglets, the weight of a nest of newborn piglets, the average weight of newborn piglets, the number of weaned piglets, the average weight of 28 -day old weaned piglets, total number of piglets, the weight of a nest of 28-day old weaned piglets） were analyzed with path analysis and correlation analysis in the paper. The results showed that each reproductive trait had various degrees correlation with the other. The number of weaned piglets and the average weight of 28-day old piglets had remarkable effect on the weight of a nest of weaned 28-day old piglets. Based on the above,in order to estimate the weight of a nest of weaned 28-day old piglets, the best regression mode was established as follows, y = - 11. 4892 ＋ 2. 4946X5 ＋6. 0171X6.
