甘加型藏羊种质特性研究

Study on Species Property of Ganjia Tibetan Sheep

本研究以甘加羊为研究对象,通过现场资源调查和实验室分析相结合的方法,对甘加羊种质资源现状、及毛、肉品质进行了系统的研究。结果表明甘加羊属肉毛兼用型异质粗毛羊,主要分布在甘南州夏河县甘加乡、达麦乡和唐尕昂乡,以夏河县甘加乡为中心产区。甘加羊羊毛两型毛、无髓毛和有髓毛的细度分别为43.47μm、24.10μm和91.37μm;甘加羊羊毛含脂率和净毛率分别为6.48%和68.25%。甘加羊羊肉中水分含量低,干物质含量和粗蛋白含量较高,肌肉内脂肪含量适中,灰分含量较低,矿物质、维生素含量丰富,其中Fe和Zn的含量分别为31.80 mg/100g和3.48mg/100g。

A systematic study was carried out on situation of species property, wool and meat quality of Ganjia Tibetan Sheep, several methods were used in this study, including investigation of resources, laboratory analysis. The results showed that Ganjia Tibetan Sheep was dual - purpose with mutton - wool coarse sheep, which distributed mainly over Ganjia township, Damai township and Tangga ang township in Xiahe County of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Ganjia township was the centre area. The fineness of heterotypical fibers, unmyelinated fibers and medullated fibers of Ganjia Tibetan Sheep were 43. 47μm,24. 10μm and 91.37μm; The fat percentage and clean wool yield were 6.48% and 68.25%. Moisture of mutton was low, dry matter and crude protein were high, fat in mutton was middle, ash content was low, rich in minerals and vitamin, Fe and Zn were 31.80 mg/100g and 3.48mg/100g.
