摘要
应用SolidWorks软件建立了单螺杆压缩机星轮的三维实体模型,利用ANASYS对星轮进行了有限元模态分析,得到了星轮前6阶固有频率及其对应的振型,并对低阶固有振型进行归纳。这些结果可为单螺杆压缩机星轮的动态设计提供参考。
Gate rotor was a main part of single screw compressor.It was necessary to have model analysis for it.The entity model was constructed by SolidWorks software,then it was imported to ANSYS software to have model analysis,the six natural frequency and mode shape was acquired,which can offer theory conduct for design.
