摘要
本文以斜孔交点尺寸的测量为例,提出了一种新的测量方法,即交点尺寸的极坐标量法。说明了这种测量方法的原理、测量步骤和测量方法,并推导出可供 AUTOMET 用的通用数学模型和误差计算式。本文提供的测量方法既可在加工现场以平台测量方法实施,又可在坐标测量机上实施。并且具有测量程序简单,计算方法统一和便于电算等优点。
This paper advances a new measuring method, i.e., the polar Coodinate Measuring Method of Crossing Point Sizes, based on the example of measuring crossing point sizes of oblic holes, it describes the principle of the measuring method, measuring steps and methods and derives the general purpose mathematical model and the error computing formula for AUTOMET use. This measuring method can be used on processing site as a flatbed measuring method as well as on coodinate measuring apparatus. It has such advantages as simple measuring steps, unified computing method and easy zooming.
