石油醚提取刺槐花浸膏及其在烟草中的作用研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用石油醚提取刺槐花浸膏,对不同沸程的石油醚、液料比、提取时间对刺槐花浸膏得率的影响进行了研究。利用GC-MS对刺槐花浸膏挥发性成分进行了分析鉴定,并进行了800℃高温裂解实验和卷烟加香作用评价,结果表明:刺槐花浸膏最佳提取条件为60~90℃石油醚,液料比为4∶1~5∶1(L∶kg),提取时间为4~5 h。GC-MS分析鉴定出13种成分,裂解实验表明,刺槐花浸膏能增加香气量、掩盖杂气、增加透发性。 Flowers of Robinia pseudoacacia Linn. was extracted using petroleum ether to obtain the extract. The parameters of boiling range of petroleum ether, extraction time, liquid-solid ratio on the yield of R. pseudoacacia extract were researched. Thirteen volatile components of extract were identified with GC-MS. The flavoring of the extract for tobacco was evaluated and pyrolysis at 800 ℃ was conducted. The result showed that the optimum extraction conditions were: 60-90 ℃ petroleum ether, liquid-solid ratio 4: 1-5:1 ,extract time 4-5 h. The extract can increase aroma, shield offensive odor, and increase smoke thoroughness.
