电动助力转向硬件在环试验台的研究

摘要 介绍了自主研发的电动助力转向硬件在环试验台的软硬件构成及工作原理,采用三自由度车辆动力学模型,永磁同步电机采用直接转矩控制(DTC)模式,驱动滚珠丝杠实时模拟转向阻力,该试验台可以用于转向系统硬件的开发、系统试验及性能评价。 The structure of the hardware and software,operating principles of a self-designed hardware-in-the-loop simulation(HILS) system of automotive electric power steering(EPS) is introduced.Three degree of freedom vehicle model is adopted.The direct torque control(DTC) mode of the permanent-magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) is adopted.The turning resistance is simulated by ball screw,which is driven by the PMSM.The test-bed can be used for exploration of the steering system,system test as well as evaluation of the performance of the steering system.
