Research of the influence of spray painting to the performance of plastic material is a lacuna in material study.The influence of spray painting to the bumper is analyzed by contrast test of the material basic sample before and after spray painting.The main influenced performance index and magnitude is found,and the ultimate causes and the methods to avoid are analyzed.Reference is provided to the design of the spray painting bumper.
