环境统计与污染源普查数据比对研究——以贵州省COD排放总量为例

以"十一五"减排指标化学需氧量(COD)为例,通过对2007年贵州省COD排放总量环境统计数据和污染源普查数据之间存在的差异及其产生的原因进行比对研究,可以看出:污染源普查数据更具全面性,环境统计应在建立的污染源普查信息平台基础上,取长补短、不断完善。

In this paper, through comparing the differences and causes between the environmental statistics and the pollution source census＇ s data of the total emission COD of Guizhou in 2007, we take the reduction index COD as an example to show that the pollution source census＇ s data are more comprehensive, and the environmental statistics should be based on the information of it.
