独立学院大学生职业兴趣调查研究

Research on vocational interest for undergraduates in independently-run colleges of a university

采用职业兴趣调查问卷对三所独立学院的大三学生进行职业兴趣调查,以性别、专业类别、成长环境、家长职业类别为自变量,职业兴趣的六大类型为因变量进行多因变量方差分析。研究结果发现,独立学院大学生的职业兴趣倾向顺序为:社会型(S)、经营型(E)、艺术型(A)、研究型(I)、常规型(C)和现实型(R);当性别分别与其它自变量为固定因素时,职业兴趣类型在自变量上均存在主效应,在性别与其它自变量上均存在交互效应。

Undergraduates of throe independently-run colleges of a university were surveyed by vocational interest scale. Multivariate analysis was conducted to the data by gender, major, growth environment, job occupation of parents as independent variables, and six types of vocational interest as dependent variables. The research showed that the order of six types of vocational interest was social, enterprising, artistic, investigative, conventional and realistic. Independent variables had remarkable influence on types of vocational interest. The interaction was also notable, when gender and other independent variables were separately used as fix factors.
