摘要
本文设计了一种适用于车辆发动机箱体、汽缸盖等大型零部件应力场实时测量的测试仪。其特点是:整个系统采用集散式结构,由便携式计算机、便携式母系统、微型子系统构成。微型子系统主要完成信号的调理并可直接放在被测体上,测量全过程在计算机和母系统的控制下完成。系统操作简便智能化程度高,具有自动增益调节,自动校准、显示、打印及数据处理等功能;可同时进行多点测量,基本配置64个通道且系统具有扩展测量点数的功能;系统的最高采集速率达每秒160万次;模数转换为8位;容量大,其基本存贮量为4兆位;而且对子系统稍做改动即可用于温度、压力、力等参数的测量。
In this paper a type of testing device which is suitable for stress field real-time measurement of vehicle engine case and cylinder cap . Its features list as follows: the Whole system adopts concentration-distribution structure which is made of portable computer ,portable mother-system and micro-subsystem. The micro-subsystem can be placed on the object and finish signal conditioning. The whole process is fulfilled under control of computer and mother-system .The whole system has functions of simple operation ,automatic gain adjustment ,automatic calibration ,display printing and data processing .It can also measure several points and setup64-channels.Maxinum acquisition rate can reach 1600000sps. A/D converter is 8 bits. Its capacity is large, say, the basic storage is 4M bits. Furthermore , it can apply for measurement of temperature, pressure and force with the change the subsystem .
