摘要
分析比较了现有几种常用绕组变形测试方法,以分布参数的手段,对变压器绕组变形的原理进行了分析计算。通过在大量现场试验中发现的故障实例,验证了绕组变形试验能够反映出接触不良、整体拉伸、整体压缩等变形情况,是不可缺少的试验项目。但此项试验在判断匝间短路的情况时存在盲点,可通过一些方法来弥补。另外,建议只在交接和抢修试验中进行该项试验。
Several methods of testing the transformers winding deformation have been compared in this paper. Based on distributed parameters the principle of the transformers winding deformation have been analyzed and calculated. The importance and availability of testing the transformers deformation has been proved by a lot of experiments in transformer substations. However, it would not be so effective when judging the situation of turn-to-turn short circuit, this can be compensated through some certain ways. In addition, it is suggested that the experiment can be cancelled in the preventive tests.
