通过对常用真空灭弧室绝缘拉杆进行拧紧时的力矩测试及分析,提出了现阶段真空开关在拧紧绝缘拉杆过程中存在的问题,并通过数据和图表的形式,导出了真空灭弧室绝缘拉杆拧紧时应使用的正确方法,以及拧紧时应使用的正常力矩,杜绝使用破坏性力矩进行安装。对提高真空开关的使用寿命、提高灭弧室生产厂家的经济效益具有现实意义。

Through the torque testing and analysis when tightening the insulation lever of the common vacuum interrupter, some problems existed in the tightening process of the insulation lever are presented. The correct method and the normal torque are suggested which can prolong the service life of the interrupter and is of practical significance to economic benefit.
