回声法紧固螺栓轴力检测技术研究

Research on the Echoing Analysis Technique for Measuring The Axial Force of Binding Bolt

紧固螺栓轴力检测是桥梁与高层建筑中钢结构连接施工所经常面对的任务。与有些方法相比,采用冲击回声法对紧固螺栓轴力实施检测,具有不改变螺栓拧紧状态及操作便捷易行等特点。本文对检测的基本原理、信号采集与特征参数提取等初步研究情况做了介绍。

The measurement of binding bolt axial force is always a task of the steelwork connection in the construction of bridge and high-rise buildings. By comparing with some other methods,the echoing analysis technique for measuring the axial force of binding bolt is more convenient and easy to be put into practice with the advantage of not changing the tighten-up situation of the binding bolt. The initial research results of measurement principle, signal collection and characteristic parameter extraction etc, are introduced in this paper.
