摘要
现有的测径仪在大测量范围要提高测量精度受到一定限制,因而影响对产品的测量和控制精度。针对这一问题在对测径仪误差源进行理论分析的基础上,通过大量测量统计,用最小二乘等数学方法建立系统的数学模型,并通过记算机仿真,不断修改模型使数学模型与实验结果间的残差最小,从而选择出最佳的测径误差模型,有效地提高了测径精度。JDC-J 系列测径仪的生产、应用证明了这种方法的有效性。
Diameter-measure now available will be subjected to limit in raising measure precision within large measure range. So it impaired measure and control precision to the product. To counter this problem, on the basic of theoretical analysis to error source of diameter-measure, a lot of measure statistic, use least square method and so on mathematical ways to made mathematical model of system. And use computer to model simulation, revise continuity the model to minimum of remaining error between mathematical model and experiment result. Thus choosing the best error model in measuring diameter, and effectively raising measuring diameter precision. Production and using of JDC-J serious measuring diameter equipment provided this way is effective.
