乙烯废碱液深度除油的实验研究

摘要 针对乙烯废碱液水质特征,分别考察了石英砂、聚丙烯腈纤维毡过滤膜、阴离子交换树脂以及上述除油方法联合作用对废碱液中油类物质的去除效果,确定石英砂-聚丙烯腈纤维毡-阴离子交换树脂组合处理工艺。结果表明,该组合工艺对NaOH等无机物几乎没有影响,对油类物质的去除率达到90%以上,使废碱液中油含量降至2mg/L以下,并且通过再生,该工艺可循环利用。 Aiming the character of spent caustic from olefin, for the treatment of spent caustic has been studied.
