摘要
通过实验得到了助镀锌添加剂ZT601。将其加入到助镀锌剂中可显著降低溶剂的表面张力,提高镀件与溶剂的浸润性,从而达到减少助镀剂使用量的目的。它有利于助镀剂的干燥,可以有效防止工件的二次氧化及降低锌耗。
Hot galvanize fluxing agent additive ZT 601 has been synthesised by this experiment. It can significantly reduce the surface tension of the solvent and improve the wetting quality of plating and solvent when that was added to the fluxing agent. As a result,it reduces the use of fluxing agents.It is conducive to dry fluxing agent and effectively prevent the secondary oxidation of the work piece and reduce the consumption of zinc.
