摘要
以夫西地酸产生菌fa29-209为出发菌,开展了原生质体制备和再生条件的研究,实现了原生质体的制备和再生。主要从菌丝的培养条件、酶的浓度及种类、高渗液等几方面探讨了原生质体的制备及再生。
The strain is fa29-209,the protoplast preparation and regeneration were carried out.Factors influencing the formation and regeneration of protoplast were disussed.Osmotic stabilizer,lytic enzymes and mycelium age were the main factors influencing protoplast yields
