摘要
阐述了真菌分类的传统分类方法和几种分子生物学方法,传统分类学主要以形态学为主;分子生物学方法主要有DNA中G+C含量测定、核酸杂交技术、限制性酶切片段长度多态性分析、随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)、rDNA序列同源性分析。
This paper mainly interprets trational classification and molecular identification technique for fungal. Morphology is main in trational classification. Molecular techniques such as the content of G+C (mol%),DNA hybridization,analysis of restriction fragment length polymorphism ,analysis of randomly amplified polymorphism and analysis of sequence ribosomal DNA region apply on the identification of fungal.
