荧光分光光度计检定结果的不确定度评定

Uncertainty Evaluation of Verification Results of the Fluorescence Spectrophotometer

依据JJG537-2006《荧光分光光度计》检定规程对荧光分光光度计进行检定时,检定结果的不确定度主要来源于仪器的线性误差、检出下限、标准物质定值及溶液配制体积。对各不确定度分量进行了评定和计算,求得标准不确定度和扩展不确定度分别为0.0052、0.01g/mL。

Uncertainty of the verification results mainly come from the linearity error,detection limit of the instrument,standard substance concentration and dilution volume when testing the fluorescence spectrophotometers according to the verification regulation of JJG 537-2006.The uncertainty components are assessed and evaluated separately in this paper,and the standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty are respectively 0.005 2,0.01 g/mL.
