摘要
为了明确石楠不同器官的除草活性,给进一步开展活性化合物的研究提供依据,于室内测定了石楠不同器官对反枝苋、苘麻、生菜、黄瓜、野燕麦、稗草和小麦7种受体植物的除草活性。结果表明,在10 g.L-1的供试浓度下石楠不同器官粉末对7种植物幼苗均有明显的抑制作用,且以茎和叶的活性最高;进一步测定了石楠叶片粉末对7种植物胚根(或幼根)的有效中浓度EC50分别为0.73、0.78、0.91、1.44、0.96、1.03和2.65 g.L-1,对胚轴(或胚芽鞘)的EC50分别为3.87、2.42、2.50、0.47、3.98、10.80和6.75 g.L-1,可见双子叶植物的敏感性要高于单子叶植物。
In order to understand the herbicidal activities in different organs of Photinia serrulata Lindl.and provide the evidence for further study of active compounds,the studies were conducted using 7 kinds of receiver plants seedlings as Amaranthus retroflexus L.,Abutilon theophrasti Medic.,Lactuca sativa L.,Cucumis sativus L.,Avena fatua L.,Echinochloa crus-galli L.and Triticum aestivum L.at laboratory condition.The growths of different receiver plant seedlings were inhibited clearly by different organs especially by the leaves and shoots of P.serrulata Lindl..In addition,the inhibitory effects on four dicotyledon plants were higher than those on three monocotyledon plants.Further research indicated that the EC50 of P.serrulata Lindl.leaves were 0.73,0.78,0.91,1.44,0.96,1.03 and 2.65 g·L-1 for radicals(or roots),and were 3.87,2.42,2.50,0.47,3.98,10.80 and 6.75 g·L-1 for hypocotyls(or coleoptiles) of the above plants,respectively.
