摘要
从安徽省某养殖场患病斑点叉尾鮰体内分离出6株细菌,经细菌形态、培养特性、生理生化特性测试,鉴定5株为爱德华氏菌,分别为AHIE01、AHIE02、AHIE03、AHIE04和AHIE05;1株为志贺氏菌,为AHIE06。经胸腔人工注射感染试验,证明所有分离菌株均具较强的致病性,可使斑点叉尾鮰100%发病;经再次进行病原分离鉴定,可从发病鮰鱼体内重新分离到生理生化特性与原分离菌株相同的细菌。用20种抗生素对分离菌株进行药物敏感性试验,结果表明,所有分离菌株均有不同程度的耐药性,并存在交叉耐药性和多重耐药性现象。
Six strains of bacteria were isolated from the tissues of infected channel catfish,Ictalurus punctatus,which were cultured in the ponds in Anhui Province.Bacterial morphology,cultural characteristics,and biochemical identification were carried out.According to the morphological feature and biochemical characteristics of the isolated strains,strain AHIE01,AHIE02,AHIE03,AHIE04 and AHIE05 belong to Edwardsiella ictaluri,and strain AHIE06 belongs to Shigella.Healthy channel catfish were infected by injection with the isolated bacteria.All six strains induced 100% mortality.The physiological and biochemical characteristics of the bacteria isolated from infected fish were the same as the original isolated bacteria.Drug sensitivity test showed that all the isolated strains have drug resistance at different degrees,multidrug resistance and cross resistance.
