摘要
应用GC-MS法测定桔梗根中的扑草净和萘氧丙草胺残留量。扑草净添加回收率为70.7%~82.7%,相对标准差0.55%~2.60%;萘氧丙草胺添加回收率为71.5%~85.5%,相对标准差0.30%~0.98%。结果表明,春季一年生桔梗移栽地分别处理40%扑草净2、4 kg.hm-2和50%萘氧丙草胺2、4 kg.hm-2,秋季收获(施药后152d),其标准烘干的根中扑草净残留量分别为0.028、0.036 mg.kg-1,而未能检测出萘氧丙草胺残留。
The prometryn residues in the dried roots of Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.)A.DC.were determined with a GC-MS method.The results showed the fortified recoveries of prometryn were from 70.7% to 82.7% in the samples and relative standard derivations were from 0.55% to 2.60%;the fortified recoveries of napropamide were from 71.5% to 85.5% in the samples and relative standard derivations were from 0.30% to 0.98%.When prometryn(40%)and napropamide(50%)were applied at the 2 and 4 kg·hm-2 dosage level respectively,the residues of prometryn detected were 0.028 and 0.036 mg·kg-1,and the residues of napropamide detected were not discovered after treated for 152 days in the dried roots of P.grandiflorum.
