摘要
本试验通过对重庆市茶叶研究所基地种植的4个茶叶品种在干旱胁迫下叶片中的可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸和丙二醛含量进行测定并分析,结果表明:在干旱胁迫下茶树叶片中的可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量和丙二醛含量几项生理指标变化趋势一致,可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、脯氨酸和丙二醛含量均增加,且与胁迫的时间正相关。
In this experiment the four tea varieties were dealt with the drought in the planting base of Tea Research Institute of Chongqing. The quantity of soluble protein, soluble sugar, free proline and MDA were mensurated in the tea mature leaf, and the dynamic analyses were carried . It was clear that the quantity of soluble protein,soluble sugar,free proline and MDA increase with the stress going on.
