摘要
利用国外引进的甘蔗主要病害标准抗原抗体,建立了甘蔗细菌和病毒病害系统的血清及PCR检测方法和实验技术体系,可为种传甘蔗病害的有效诊断和防控、温水脱毒种苗生产及推广应用、对外甘蔗品种/材料交换检疫检测提供技术支撑。
The optimal detection system of sugarcane bacterial and viral diseases including PCR detection method and serological technique was established based on the standard antigen-antibody introduced from abroad. The system offer a technological support for effective diagnostic methods and control measures of sugarcane seed-borne disease, as well as production and application of virus-free seedling from warm water,and also had some supports for quarantine and detection of sugarcane cultivar or material in exchange with foreign countries.
