玉米新品种对3种病害的抗性鉴定研究 被引量:14

摘要 玉米大斑病、小斑病和灰斑病是玉米生产上重要的叶部真菌病害。采用人工接种法,对16个玉米新品种在田间进行大斑病、小斑病和灰斑病的抗性鉴定评价。结果表明,在鉴定的16个玉米新品种中,4个品种(屏单3号、云玉2号、HL-66和春喜06-10)对3种病害均有较好的抗性,其余品种对1种或者2种病害具有中抗或感病的水平。 Northern corn leaf blight,Southern corn leaf blight,as well as Gray leaf spot of maize were the most important disease in maizegrowing regions,which were caused by filamentous fungi Setosphaeria turcia, Bipolaria maydis and Cercospora zeae-maydis, respectively. In present study, sixteen new corn hybrids were selected for identification and evaluation of resistance to three diseases in the field, by using artificial inoculation method. The results indicated that 4 hybrids,including Pingdan 3, Yunyu 2, HL-66 and Chunxi 06-11,were resistant to all three diseases, and the rest of the corn hybrids showed medium resistant or susceptible to one or two disease(s) of this study. These data provided the important information for their releases in maize-growing region in Yunnan.
