摘要
应用盆栽试验以白菜产量、叶绿素值、根系活力以及与抗逆性有关的丙二醛(MDA)作为研究指标,研究了全量铜及可交换态、有机结合态、碳酸盐结合态、铁锰氧化物结合态、残渣态铜对白菜生长的影响。结果表明,低浓度全量铜(<70 mg/kg)显著增加白菜产量,高浓度(>100 mg/kg)则造成白菜减产,除残渣态外其它形态的铜与全量铜对白菜产量的影响呈类似的规律。铜胁迫导致白菜根系活力显著下降;叶绿素值随铜浓度的增加呈下降趋势;高浓度铜增加了白菜体内MDA的含量。
In cabbage production ,chlorophyll values,root activity as well as resistance-related malondialdehyde(MDA) as a research target, the entire amount of copper and exchangeable, organic-bound, carbonate bound, Fe-Mn oxide bound,residual effects of copper on the growth of Chinese cabbage were studied. The results showed that the whole volume of low concentration of copper ( 〈 70mg/kg) had a significant increase in cabbage yield,high concentration( 〉 100mg/kg) caused cabbage cut. Except for residue forms of copper,the effect of other forms of copper on cabbage yield was similar. Copper stress caused a significant decline in cabbage root vigor and Chlorophyll value with increasing concentration of copper declined. High concentrations of copper in the body increased the MDA content of cabbage.
