紫红蘑菇菌丝生物学特性的初步研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究了碳源、氪源、温度、pH值和不同培养基对紫红蘑菇菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,碳源中可溶性淀粉对紫红蘑菇的菌丝生长最有利,其次为蔗糖。氮源中牛肉膏最好,其次为蛋白胨;经温度梯度试验得出紫红蘑菇茵丝生长温度为5—35℃,适宜生长温度为2^5~30℃。紫红蘑菇最适宜的pH值为9.8,较其它食用菌差异很大。其最适宜的培养基为小麦培养基。 Effect of different carbon and nita'ogen sources, pH, culture temperature and different meditlm on myeelia growth of Agaricus subrutileseens were studied. The results showed that optimum carbon source was soluble starch,the next was sucrose. The optimum nitrogen source was beef extract, next was peptone. ~ne temperature gradient test showed that the growth temperature range ofAgaricus subrutilescens was from 5 to 35 ℃, and the optimum temperature range was from 25 to 30 ℃. The optimum pH of Agaricus subrutilescens was 9.8,it was very different with other fungus. The optimum medium of Agaricus subrutilescens was wheat medium.
